In PAG, we have Quality Management System to manage and improve our operations and consistently provide high quality, cost effective and reliable products and services to our clients and customers.
Our Quality objectives are to meet clients’ requirements of Quality and timely execution of projects ; Zero repeated complaint from client, authority and third party during execution of project ; meet Stakeholders interest in Cost Efficient Project Management. Our quality philosophy is universal and applies to all areas of the Group’s operations.
To achieve this aim, PAG, which is ISO9001:2008 certified; has set measurable TARGETS to relevant departments, projects & individuals. We measure actual performance routinely and make necessary adjustment to ensure effectiveness & relevance towards our policy. We subscribe to the Plan, Do, Check & Act (PDCA) approach in achieving our plans. Each of our projects shall develop specific measurable TARGETS.
